Brand Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of the team that’s re-envisioning the Pangea brand, working closely with multicultural agencies, data science, and your marketing partners. This means you’ll play a key role in defining what the world thinks about Pangea. You will do this by helping lay the strategic foundation of the Pangea brand and championing the brand internally.
Part brand strategist
You love challenges that require a blend of creative, strategic and analytical thinking. You will help define the brand and how we use it across a range of dimensions — storytelling and messaging, tone of voice, naming, design and experience. These principles will help make the brand distinctive and recognizable externally, and easy to use internally. This is an opportunity to redefine not only our brand, but the category.
Part brand manager
You are a master at working with other teams and helping them find creative, on-brand solutions that accomplish their objectives. You will monitor brand health metrics and competitive moves to help keep the brand focused yet fresh. You will help your colleagues understand the brand, be inspired by it and apply it — from in-person workshops to tutorial videos to branded culture initiatives. This is an opportunity to
build our brand management function from the ground up.
Hit goals and fail fast
You have a bias towards action and can keep up with the pace of innovation. We are a nimble and fast-growing company, we have high standards and high goals to achieve which means no job is too small and every job is hands-on.
