We are looking for an ambitious, fearless, Brand Marketing Coordinator! You will help build, maintain, and protect the equity of the IG North America brands including the tasty brands and the IG US regional brand. You will work closely with our Brand Director on a variety of projects, using your creative drive and passion for marketing and brand awareness. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will assist in the exciting broadening of all associated brands.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct support to the Brand Director on brand and advertising projects 
• Assist with developing marketing campaigns to ensure they remain on brand
• Assist in managing schedules and communications
• Monitor, track, and report competitor and category trends
• Initiate, facilitate, and conduct quarterly brand reviews across the region

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or brand department/agency
• General understanding of the full marketing mix
• Degree in marketing or communication desired but open to a wide variety of backgrounds
• Experience with global, digital, or financial brands is helpful
• Attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly in PowerPoint
• Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to collaborate with all teams and other departments
• Love for creative work
• Time and project management skills
• Ability to identify customer and category trends
• Ability to think strategically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, pioneering environment
