The Role
Reporting into our Demand Generation leadership team, Vibes is looking for a Business Development Representative Manager to develop and coach our growing team of BDRs.
Within this role, you’ll collaborate with the rest of our marketing leadership team to lead our BDRs in generating new discovery meetings & pipeline – from both inbound & outbound prospecting streams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the systems & processes that will enable our BDR team to hit aggressive meeting & pipeline generation quotas
- Have a strong player/coach mentality – not afraid of rolling up your sleeves when you need to
- Play an active role in the team’s development through 1:1 coaching & enablement
- Drive agility & creativity within our team’s strategy by staying on top of emerging trends & best practices
- Work closely and communicate with Sales Directors and other cross-functional leaders in the business to ensure quality pipeline is being generated
- Ensure accuracy in team reporting in order effectively monitor progress to targets, while also identifying areas for potential improvement
- Continue growing our team by recruiting & hiring new BDRs – and working closely with our leadership team to develop training & development plans
- Continue to build a culture that fosters collaboration, transparency and teamwork
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success as a BDR/SDR, having regularly hit meeting generation and/or pipeline generation goals
- Experience successfully working with both inbound & outbound prospecting strategies
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading groups of SDRs/BDRs – in either formal or informal capacities
- Passion for training & developing BDRs
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
- Knowledge of / experience with sales development tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.
