Role Description:

The Call Center Marketing Analyst position plays a critical role in driving the rapid growth of Oak Street Health. This is an opportunity to partner with leadership of the central growth team and leadership at a growing call center group to make a significant business impact by leveraging analytics to determine calling priorities, acquire new calling lists and improve performance of key calling / outreach lists. This position will report to the Manager of Growth Effectiveness and ultimately to the Vice President of Growth Effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work with central teams to set weekly outbound calling list priorities 
• Perform call center volume forecasting and capacity planning based on projected marketing spend
• Executive-level analytics related to call center list performance and planning
• Support planning and analysis between central growth (at the Treehouse in downtown Chicago) and the call center (in Oak Brook) - at least ~1-3 day/week in each location (post-COVID)
• List purchasing and list vendor management for acquisition programs (new centers, new target segments, campaign specific)
• Data integrity projects to enhance prospect / patient contact information quality, working with vendors as needed
• Support patient engagement work by developing patient engagement strategy, coordinating across key business functions (clinical, population health, etc) and organize outreach lists

What are we looking for?

We're looking for motivated, experienced professional with:

• 2-5 years of relevant analytical experience, including call center analytics, marketing list strategy and/or other relevant analytical experience
• Analytical and strategic thinker with an ROI-approach and proven ability to perform analyses and prioritize effectively
• Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and adhere to a budget
• Effective at teamwork in a nimble environment; ability to work across teams, playing a "bridging" role between different groups
• Willingness to challenge the status quo in a collaborative and constructive way to achieve goals
• Demonstrated attention to detail and willingness to get into the detail to get the job done
• Healthcare or Insurance Industry or Sales Experience a plus
• US work authorization
