Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager will focus on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support demand generation goals. Your primary duties will include campaign planning and execution, project management, reporting, and performance management.
As a Campaign Manager, you’ll work with multiple stakeholders across the Marketing team, Sales team and Product teams to coordinate content assets, design assets, digital promotion, and drive campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be strategic, data-driven, well-organized, detail-oriented, a strong project manager, able to multitask, and problem-solve in order to ensure the success of campaigns.
The Campaign Manager will be part of the Digital Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and execute integrated demand generation and lead nurture campaigns that generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth
- Partner with the broader marketing team to lead the execution of marketing campaigns ensuring that programs run on time according to schedule
- Support demand generation activities: draft emails and landing pages, support lead gen and digital marketing initiatives, organize and host webinars
- Monitor the success of marketing campaigns through Salesforce, Marketo and other analytics platforms to ensure that campaigns meet performance goals
- Analyze performance data (Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce) to identify trends, glean insights, and make recommendations to improve performance
- Monitor the success of channels/tactics and report on the ROI of campaigns
Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Campaign Management, and/or Marketing Operations
- Experience in planning and executing different types of marketing campaigns: persona-focused, industry-specific, product-specific, regional
- Knowledgeable in best practices across various marketing channels: website, email, digital advertising, social media, SEO
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven. A solid understanding of marketing/sales funnel and demand generation metrics. Comfortable using Google Analytics, Marketing Automation (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Strong project management background. Highly organized, multi-tasking individual with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and adhere to deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
