Field & Channel Marketing Manager

Cribl is a fast-growing, remote-first company with a mission to unlock the value of all observability data. At our core, we believe in shipping phenomenal products and doing good by our customers and communities. We provide our customers with a new and unprecedented level of observability, intelligence, and control over their real-time data. We're backed some of the best VCs in the world, Sequoia and CRV, and our products are deployed in some of the largest organizations in the world processing 100s of TB and PB of IT & Security data, and managed by Site Reliability Engineers, System Engineers, and Technical Operations teams.

Cribl is seeking a Field & Channel Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B Field-Led Demand Generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs to help generate net-new pipeline as well as drive pipeline to late stage and to closed/won -- most importantly, engaging our partner ecosystem to get you there.

What sets you apart from the “run-of-the-mill” field & channel marketers? You’re not defined just by your event execution. Instead, you leverage events -- and other critical marketing activities -- as tools in your belt. You’re a full-funnel marketer who doesn’t stop at filling the funnel with leads. Instead, you’re measuring and converting your contributions into quality business outcomes.

The position requires a blend of marketing strategy and execution. You have the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external marketing, channel and sales teams. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. This position rolls into the Director of Field & Channel Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define regional marketing strategies and programs that build awareness, acquire net new accounts, accelerate deals and increase customer usage across all sales segments
  • Ramp market-to/market-with/market-through partner campaign planning, as a reflection of the strategies established by regional sales & channel leaders
  • Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs + activities -- and execute accordingly
  • Work closely with sales leadership, sales operations and marketing operations to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership
  • Build and nurture relationships with the regional sales teams sharing global and regional marketing plans and priorities and weekly/monthly/quarterly insights on performance
  • Effectively manage, administer, and measure your regional budgets, including MDF

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of channel and/or field marketing experience; B2B SaaS start-up experience preferred
  • You’re outcomes-driven, analytical, customer-first and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for IT  executives and practitioners
  • You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing and the exec team to impact early and late stage pipeline
  • You set a high bar in everything you and your team do - quality, creativity, execution and productivity
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Operates with a sense of purpose and urgency
  • You have a sense of humor, willingness to be your authentic self and a deep believer of being human-first is a big plus
