Department OverviewThis role collaborates with Software & Services Executive and Senior Leadership to communicate business strategies and operational priorities.
Job Description
Seeking an experienced communication leader and strategist skilled in executive communication, presentations and internal change communications. Requires the ability to simplify messages and have the design skill to make information engaging with great attention to detail. Deliverables can include global communication strategies, supporting messages, intranet sites, town halls, one pagers, communication tool kits, blog postings, news stories, and presentations for VPs, employees, Channel Partners, sales and customers.
SCOPE, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Leads communication strategy and development, working closely with executive and senior leadership, other communications representatives, marketing, corporate communications, subject matter experts etc.
Develops strong understanding of stakeholder and audience perspective to ensure globally inclusive communications represent the key messages of the business owner and business change
Build a change management communications & engagement strategy
Develop communications deliverables, including town hall presentations, state of the business updates, internal update presentations, sales kickoff presentations and more as needed
Provide direction to other team members to develop videos, web sites, graphics and other communications to support the strategy
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive employee line of sight to organizational goals

Proven communication skills in a change management environment that will achieve engagement
Influencing skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships with Executives, Senior Leaders, and Managers
Ability to monitor and evaluate communications effectiveness and adapt as necessary
Ability to simplify complex ideas into simple, easy to communicate messages and cater for different preferences
Ability to empathize with audience and stakeholders
Advanced writing and storytelling skills
Basic graphics experience a plus
Expert Communications & Presentation Development Skills
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Proven career path including experience in internal and senior leader communications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in strategic communications, marketing or related field preferred
