The role will work alongside the international Devbridge Communication team, and your mission will be activating the employer brand and engaging employees with the company's strategy and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement communication strategies according to organizational purpose and values.
  • Drive communication that shapes, engages, and inspires employees in daily activities.
  • Create written content and coordinate the creation of visual and video content for internal and external communication channels.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Identify and address communication problems proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on work experience in the communication field (at least 3 years).
  • University degree in communication or related field.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Up to date with the latest digital technologies and communication trends.
  • Desire to work in an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

This position is based in Chicago, IL. We have a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week in the office and allowing for 2 days per week remote. This position may require travel up to 20%.
