Communications Specialist
Company Overview
StratEx exists to turn complex into simple, empowering restaurants to create a better operations experience for managers and employees.
We are an industry leader in restaurant payroll, HR, benefits and labor management software as well as HR consultation. We find our purpose by connecting to our customer’s goals and ensuring smooth, reliable solutions, to help them reach those goals more quickly.
StratEx prides itself on being an employer of choice. We are a very tight-knit family and that family means everything to us. We relish the challenge of helping restaurants create their story, with a spirit of collaboration, innovation and partnership.
Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic-minded problem-solver able to market our suite of services and solutions, with an eye toward continual innovation. The team you will join is newly formed and inspired by an increased company focus on listening to “the voice of the customer,” and unifying branding & messaging across business units to respond to that voice. Content will be derived from best-practice Customer Experience design and will report to the Head of Customer Experience.
You must be able to deeply understand a variety of restaurant personas, including what piece of the business they own and how they can best be served by our solutions. You also must be able to understand the nuances of sophisticated technology and clearly disseminate the value in concise, written form: solutions over features.
You’ll be responsible for building out multi-channel communications (social, digital, media, etc.), doing market research and maximizing visibility for large scale company initiatives, including new product offerings.
