Content Marketing Associate

We are hiring a Content Marketing Associate to take ownership of developing the content deliverables that align with and drive our overall marketing strategy, objectives and customer needs. The Content Marketing Associate is a core member of the team, and others will rely on your work every day.
Working closely with our Associate Content Strategist, Manager of Brand and Content and Demand Gen. Manager, you will produce a variety of marketing materials to drive demand and grow brand awareness. This position requires someone who is creative and self-motivated, pays close attention to detail, takes initiative, has exceptional time management skills and excellent skills as a technical content writer.
As the successful candidate, you will be required to:

• Create the following types of editorial content: promotional materials for webinars, blogs, reports, guides, e-books, email campaigns, webinar slide decks and social media calendars
• Manage the marketing team's monthly webinar process in its entirety, including topic ideation, assembling promotional materials, creating slide decks while researching and collaborating with subject matter experts and moderating presentations
• Manage Envoy's social media calendar and brand channels, as well as personal accounts for the company's executives
• Monitor and report on social media performance across platforms
• Execute targeted email and social media strategies to grow our subscriber base
• Work both collaboratively with designers, sales, tech and product, and industry experts and independently depending on the project

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

• 1-3 years of content marketing experience with a focus on technical writing
• Bachelor's Degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a relevant field
• Ability to tell a brand's story, while also adapting voice and tone to create marketing materials for specific target audience personas
• Interest in social media and managing both brand and personal accounts, plus experience writing for various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
• Genuine interest in writing about and discussing technology, human resources, economics, business and politics
• Aptitude as a creative thinker who enjoys collaborating with teammates to produce content for difference stages of the buyer's journey and customer life cycle
• Strong understanding of user experience, inbound marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Demonstrated experience using the following tools and platforms, or similar: HubSpot, Wordpress, Uberflip GoTo Webinar, Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
• Superb demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline, and process-oriented, with the ability to rely on data to further inform content strategy
