Summary

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative Content Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone that is excited to work on a number of different projects and make a meaningful contribution as part of our team. This person will love writing, have a passion for excellence in delivery and a drive to meet business goals. 

In collaboration with the Head of Content Marketing, this role will be responsible for the development of our content strategy for our blog, email marketing and social media accounts. The Content Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with our teams to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts and be responsible for measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in:
  • Social media content creation and community management (with an emphasis on Instagram)
  • Blog management and writing for SEO
  • Email marketing for e-commerce
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advocate for great ideas
• Handle constructive feedback and differing viewpoints with grace, clarity and strength
• Extremely organized and a knack for figuring out how best to effectively organize 
• Passion for women’s healthcare/wellbeing and Equilibria’s mission
• Patience for startup lifestyle
• Deep appreciation for increasing efficiency
