What we're looking for:

Packback is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who will write various types of downloadable content and blog regularly to expand our digital footprint. Content creation experience would include blogging, social, whitepapers, infographics, success stories, video content, webinars and more. It is preferred that you have experience in SEO/SEM strategies and tactics. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills and a brand publisher mindset: create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion.

What YOU will do:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to define KPIs, build content strategy and set short-term and long-term goals
• Generate inbound MQLs through hosting webinars with our customers, scheduling email outreach, and writing assets for our Automated Marketing Strategy (whitepapers, infographics, case studies, etc.)
• Maintain the editorial calendar and blog regularly to highlight Packback culture and product value to our audiences.
• Create relevant, compelling content through research of Education-related topics, following Education news and Interviewing industry professionals.
• Use SEO strategies and tactics to drive organic traffic to our digital content.
• Ownership of Packback social media accounts.
• Edit and proofread all written content before publication, including content produced by Freelancers.  
   

What you bring to the table:

• 2-4 years of professional marketing experience (2 + Years in Content Development)
• Proven ability to develop professional marketing content
• Experience with social media platforms, including building online audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML and web publishing
• Experience with Automated Marketing Systems like Pardot is a plus
• A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions and optimize results
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
