Job Description
The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist will join our Digital Team and be responsible for utilizing audience segments and customized content to optimize conversion within key customer journeys. This individual will track and measure customer journeys, manage a continuous A/B testing program including planning, execution and reporting of CRO KPIs.
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist combines an eye for detail plus analytical and creative abilities. This individual takes a hypothesis-based, date-driven approach to Web Optimization. This individual should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B-MVT testing, website analytics and CRO best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage, execute and support ongoing conversion rate optimization for specific web properties including planning, testing, optimization and reporting.
- Be a voice in selecting the right tools.
- Setup and management of A/B/MV tests.
- Manage the testing campaign calendar and results repository.
- Manage the testing reporting framework including Conversion dashboard(s).
- Interpret test results and share insights.
- Customer journey mapping with Conversion focus.
- Active measurement the user journeys, incorporating KPIs through continuous website testing and optimization.
- Support development of business cases to ensure the right tests are being conducted in the correct sequence.
- UX, writing and design input focused on conversion.
Qualifications
- Experience managing large volumes of Optimization tests.
- Solid understanding of Web Conversion mechanics.
- Experience working with audience segmentation and dynamic content.
- Expert level with Google Analytics or Analytics tools Google Optimize and related A/B/MV testing tools.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, optimizing conversion and thinking strategically.
- Understanding of Tag Management solutions.
- Experience with large scale Ecommerce a plus.
- UX experience particularly in conversion best practices.
