Creative Marketing Manager
Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative marketer to join the Syndigo marketing team. The Creative Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and editing marketing content across different channels and mediums. With a combination skillset of both marketing and creative, this manager should have proven success in creative marketing, and a natural ability to design and write optimized content for different audiences, ensuring a ‘client-first’ approach.
This role may be based in Syndigo's office in Cleveland, Nashville, or Chicago.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Syndigo’s visual identity and design strategy for all channels (including, but not limited to, presentations, website, email, webinars, newsletters, marketing and sales collateral, events and conferences)
Ensure Syndigo’s visual identity accurately reflects the company’s culture and mission
Support email campaigns by developing new templates while maintaining best practices for email code
Design engaging graphics and infographics for use on social media and web to support key campaigns
Ideate, develop and design presentations for clients and prospects including Requests for Proposal (RFP)
Work collaboratively with other designers throughout the organization to ensure all graphics are on-brand, consistent and the highest quality
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop web testing strategy
Video editing, including recording and cutting videos/webinars for multiple uses
Qualifications:
Ability to interpret and translate concepts of creative strategy into a variety of complex mediums, including print, digital, social, direct mail, events and basic video
Ability to apply and interpret brand systems and design languages through type and graphics
Typographic sensibilities both for digital and print
Attention to detail throughout the development, design and graphic production process
Understanding of color theory, usage and application
Confidence to work as a collaborative team member
Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills, time/project management and organizational ability
Knowledge of web/digital design principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements:
2-3 years of related experience in a creative role
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or other similar specialty
Journalism or English major is a plus
Your portfolio should include brand work (B2B is a plus) as well as corporate communications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office 365 (PowerPoint and Word) and Mac/PC platforms
Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder is a plus
Writing experience helpful
