Customer Marketing Manager

FourKites is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team! As a Customer Marketing Manager you will play a critical role driving loyalty, engagement and growth within our passionate customer base.
Role:
The Customer Marketing Manager will help drive the growth and engagement of existing customers through content, multi-channel campaigns and customer-driven events. This role works closely with Sales, Product, Community and other Marketing team members to deliver messaging, content and programs that drive revenue and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in the Supply Chain industry and a passion for building fanatical customer loyalty and success. This role excels in understanding customer-specific and market-based requirements, and how they pertain to FourKites’s solutions, and is able to deliver highly compelling targeted messaging to specific customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute upsell and expansion campaigns focused our existing customers and activate our customer base to become more engaged in the FourKites community
- Work with Community, Product, Sales and other Marketing team members to build and deliver differentiated messaging and positioning for the FourKites platform.
- Work with the Customer Growth Team on targeted account planning and prioritization
- Create value-based product-focused content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, sales and executive presentation decks) and work with the Marketing, Customer Growth, Product and Customer Success teams to activate content in multi-channel campaigns, as appropriate.
- Assist members of our Sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
- Act as thought leader and evangelist for the platform, including internal training, external speaking engagements, analyst calls and written work.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
- Past experience in customer marketing and/or product management in enterprise software, and preferably in supply chain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate complex concepts to target customers through compelling campaigns and related assets.
- Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to drive customer up-sell opportunities.
- Prefer working in a fast-paced, collaborative capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life in a clear and compelling manner.
