Customer Marketing Manager
Fourkites Marketing team is looking for our first ever, Customer Marketing Manager. This key player will play a critical part in ensuring that our customers are happy and will be advocates of our solution. Our Customer Marketing Manager will drive customer engagement through various digital channels, as well as physical events. This data-savvy and creative marketer will work cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to deliver compelling customer marketing programs and is measured by increasing customer advocacy, identifying opportunities for upsell, and increasing loyalty and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and measure the ROI of customer marketing programs and compile reporting metrics for each specific program
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns targeting our customers that will result in increased pipeline as well as brand loyalty across all market segments
- Execute marketing programs and activities including in-person/virtual events, workshops, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
- Assess and identify the appropriate marketing activities to achieve target marketing contribution goals (MQL/SQL and pipeline contribution as it relates to account expansion) and customer retention goals
- Help determine the content and programming for FourKites’s Customer Advisory Board meetings and annual conference
- Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
- Manage the customer advocacy program to secure key customers for case studies, speaking opportunities; while continually recruiting new customer advocates
- Compose and send customer emails
- Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
- Develop and implement a customer lifecycle program
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and a history of achieving pipeline goals
- Ability to build strategic marketing campaigns and clearly tie program execution and pipeline metrics to our strategy
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to write effective copy is a necessity
- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, or business preferred
