What you’d achieve:
- Own key elements of the development and execution of LogicGate’s customer & partner advocacy program - creating a community of “raving fans” of LogicGate that result in increased referrals, case studies, testimonials, reviews, etc.
- Proactively engage and educate customers through a multi-channel program so that they fully understand the value of their current LogicGate applications
- Develop up-sell, cross-sell opportunities with current customers by leveraging data, insights, and through collaboration with the Relationship Management team
- Collaborate with our CPO and Customer Success team to drive the strategy, programming, and the execution of LogicGate’s Customer Advisory Board & Councils
- Support the launch and ongoing content needs within the Customer Community Portal
- Work with our Digital Marketing and Operations team to create customer advocacy email automations, social recognition, and communications
- Identify and build customer advocacy activities to support key initiatives such as social sharing of content, providing feedback for beta programs, community contributions, and referrals
- Create and manage a customer case study pipeline and customer asset library
- Manage and optimize the customer reference program, including reference request fulfillment, grooming data, and advising sales and marketing on how to utilize references and corresponding assets.
- Support our Partner Channel program through content creation, partner guidelines, and enablement materials
- Manage projects, schedules, workflows, deadlines and costs associated with Success marketing activities to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget
- Produce monthly/quarterly reporting and regular communications to leadership and key stakeholders
The value you’d add:
- Solid, creative storyteller and writing skills, with experience leading Customer Marketing or Advocacy programs and all content creation efforts, including case studies, testimonials, and social media.
- Strong ability to collaboratively articulate end-to-end customer vision, strategy, and plans to a wide variety of internal and external audiences, with examples of results converting strategy to execution.
- A programmatic mindset and proven record of building programs to scale to support business objectives
- Exceptional executive level communication skills to create and convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholders including customers and leadership
