Job Description
GoHealth is looking for a Data Analyst, Digital Marketing responsible for delivering actionable insights to marketing leaders and other functional groups. We are seeking candidates who have experience digging into digital data to improve performance in marketing campaigns, customer journeys, sales transactions and business operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide the analysis that drives strategic initiatives, improves operational effectiveness and increases bottom-line value for GoHealth.
Qualifications
- Conduct analytics across all parts of our digital marketing funnel to identify insights that help attract customers and expand GoHealth’s online presence
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to analyze problems, optimize processes, and build presentations that communicate insights effectively to all levels of leadership
- Become an expert in GoHealth’s business processes and understand the function data plays in supporting them
- Build interactive dashboards intuitive enough for business leaders to use but flexible enough to serve multiple needs and provide a range of insights
- Deliver on ad-hoc data requests from business users while identifying ways to reduce these requests through new reports and dashboards
- Identify additional data sets that we could use to drive strategy, improve decision making, and optimize online marketing performance
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics or another quantitatively focused field
- 3+ years in an analytics focused role and/or an advanced degree in one of the above
- Experience with email marketing strongly preferred
- Understanding of social media tools used for analytics and monitoring tools, as well as the tactics used to maximize social media impact
- Proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Hubspot, Marketo, and Pardot
- Demonstrated ability to use foundational analytical tools such as Excel and SQL
- Proven ability to take interesting insights and drive them into actionable recommendations
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to colleagues with varying analytic knowledge
- Desire to improve on current skills while learning new ones
- Ability to multi-task while managing time effectively
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
