What You'll BringGraduate degree in statistics, economics, economics, quantitative psychology or other related field is required
10+ years of experience with statistical modeling software (SAS, SQL, R) for direct response marketing
10+ years of experience with database tools (MS Access, Excel PivotTables, MS SQL Server, Oracle) and various data models, plus a good knowledge of various operating systems
5+ years of experience with enterprise business intelligence tools such as Cognos or Business Objects or Tableau
5+ years of experience supporting digital media programs such as display, social, email, and mobile
Experience with media measurement tools including 3rd party ad serving, syndicated research and web analytics, such as Netratings, Comscore, Doubleclick, Atlas, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics , etc.
Ability to effectively manage time while multitasking between multiple projects in a dynamic business environment with a variety of internal stakeholders, customers and partners
Strong ability to develop senior level relationships with partners and customers within the ad-tech space
Comfort with rapidly changing ad-tech space and changing priorities
You will possess excellent client facing skills, and possess the ability to provide advice to clients. You may be asked to manage and mentor a small analytics team, and must come with excellent relationship skills.

Impact You'll MakeThe TransUnion Digital Team operates at the intersection of programmatic media and big data. For direct-to advertiser solutions, we have built a powerful addressable media network leveraging our proprietary data, on-boarding capabilities and programmatic media platform to optimize for clients direct-response objectives. For the online publisher market, we are integrating our capabilities into their display advertising solutions as part of our indirect strategy.
The Director, Advanced Analytics and Reporting, Digital will fill a key role on the fast growing TransUnion Digital Team (a digital start up with the full backing of TransUnion). This is a unique opportunity to be part of new field of analytics supporting addressable media programs.
Serve as team expert in digital analytics spanning display, social, email, mobile and direct mail
Leverage the TU database to develop new syndicated digital audiences for our indirect-to advertiser market
Provide audience and program strategy recommendations to our program management team and clients
Develop experimental design, test and control populations for digital media programs
Manage our digital on-boarding (i.e. offline-to online) supporting our direct and indirect programs
Generate inflight and post-campaign analysis to assess digital program performance, and course correct programs
Guide the ad operations teams on appropriate programmatic media bid amounts to improve conversion
Develop analytical direct response models to improve conversion and program performance
Manage the analytical environment, and data sources to ensure speed-to market of services and solutions
Engage with clients (BofA, GEICO) and partners (e.g. Yahoo!) in pre-and-post sale
