Overview of role:
This consultative position is responsible for developing and implementing the database marketing program and associated projects for TransUnion’s Strategic Risk Group. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing, this role is a critical component supporting top of funnel marketing activities to expand market reach through list acquisition, database management, lead generation, nurturing and scoring, and segmentation.

What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience building lead generation programs.
- Experience creating and executing ROI-driven marketing campaigns reaching broad audiences
- Data-driven; proven ability to leverage campaign results to drive strategy.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or data analytics required with 3-4 years of progressive experience in marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing role working with an inside or outside sales team.
- Must be well organized with excellent analytical skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills with a temperament to represent, persuade others, and negotiate in the best interests of the company.
- Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.
- Proficiency in PPT, Excel and Word.
- Experience working in salesforce and marketing automation programs.
Impact you’ll make:
- Develop, execute, track and analyze direct and interactive broad reach marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Work with marketing services specialists to manage data integration between on and offline programs.
- Analyze previous marketing campaigns.
- Carry out daily campaign processes, including start-to-finish scope.
- Work closely with vertical leads and marcomm representatives to schedule and coordinate text and creative content.
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several marketing databases.
- Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
- Perform data extraction and lead generation.
- Provide internal support to all database stakeholders including marketing, sales and operations
- Stay abreast of current trends and practices for new database marketing techniques.
