This individual is responsible for the implementation and execution of all outbound marketing campaigns for specific Sphera Software products and services. Works directly with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns with associated tactics and measurement of their success. Responsible for defining key metrics for measuring campaign tactics ROI and success, in addition to building awareness of the brand to the relevant target personas. This position requires 5 -7 years of experience in field marketing, digital marketing or marketing communications, with 5+ years of experience within a high tech organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Product Marketing on the annual Go-to-Market themes and then develop, manage and execute all demand generation campaigns and associated tactics within the assigned product area including:

                - Advertising – online third party sites, Google PPC, print

                - Trade shows and conferences

                - Webinars

                - Direct mail

                - Email marketing

  • Develop ongoing cross-sell/up-sell programs for existing customers
  • Ensure A/B testing is developed for campaigns
  • Budget Management – to ensure all tactics meet budget parameters
  • Measurement, analysis, and reporting of all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI, including the ability to  demonstrate direct or indirect impact on revenue from marketing campaigns
  • Procurement of new contacts based on defined segments
  • Manage Social Media sites and content syndication
  • Management of 3rd party vendors and agencies
  • Work closely with Alliances Marketing Manager on Partner marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for campaign and lead management within the CRM system
  • Manage internal communications for ongoing programs

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • BS/BA Degree (in Marketing or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of marketing related experience, with 2-3 years in a high tech company
  • Proficient in Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in working with Marketing Automation tools/CRM systems (Eloqua, Salesforce)
  • Excellent Organizational and communications (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience in field marketing, marketing programs, digital, social media SEM and communications
  • Proven interaction and interfacing with product management, product marketing and sales
  • Good presentation, writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade
