The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, versatile, and able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution. He/she will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment in close alignment with the product marketing, content marketing, sales, and operations. Results oriented and looking at the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategic development, execution and reporting on ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Developing strategy and execution plans for B2B digital marketing initiatives.
  • Planning and executing outbound campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation. This will include email, paid media, webinars and content syndication.
  • Manage marketing operations through Salesforce and Marketo for the global business.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Development and implement email nurture strategy based on personas, top use cases and/or industries with the ultimate goal of taking net new leads down the engagement flow to develop MQLs for sales follow up through the BDR team.
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics across all channels in digital marketing.
  • Build measurement dashboards to show the effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Own the budget and plan for all online (PPC) and certain key offline demand generation activities.
  • Define and refine advertising programs with LinkedIn and google AdWords to optimize established metrics.
  • Stay current on ABM marketing trends and best practices; modify campaigns to ensure a high-level performance in alignment with pre-established goals.
  • Regular reporting of campaign performance across the marketing team and externally (to sales, executive leadership, etc).
  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Establish a set of top related keywords for SEM/SEO optimization and refine for highest ROI.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Marketing or Communications majors preferred.
  • 5+ years in marketing programs, campaigns, or demand gen role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced/expert knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage and grow an agile demand generation team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision; must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information.
  • An ability to proactively communicate status and identify risks with changing requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing efforts and ecosystem tools.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua).
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
