Palette Software is on a growth path and we are looking for an ambitious B2B marketeer to join our exciting journey. In this role you get to become one of the marketing voices for Palette Software brand and products in the US – bringing forth the great aspects of our software to the right companies, in the right places. On top of that you join our global team of marketing experts, where you get the support and global opportunities for your future.

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you´ll have a crucial role on Palette Software’s growth journey. You´ll team up with our new sales force in the US, to recognize and communicate the key messages of our top-of-the-line AP automation software that truly resonates with our future customers. This can mean creating campaigns, hosting events, and writing articles in the places that matter the most. As a new member of our marketing team – you get to make an impact and create new ways of reaching our target group from day one.

What you will do:

• Be the marketing voice of Palette Software and our product in the US.
• Partner with our new sales team to truly understand the needs of our prospects and plan the needed activities to reach them.
• Take responsibility of the marketing activities needed to reach the right target groups and communicate our message, helping our future customers to make the decision to contact us. This means, for instance, planning and executing CPC campaigns, e-mail campaigns, social posts, articles, and events.
• Analyse and report the effects of marketing activities, pursuing to reach better results and leads.
• Optimize texts and pages for our company website to make sure our message is crystal clear and visible in search engines.
• Join the global marketing team and localize corporate content and campaigns.
• Work with customer reference stories, interviews, and questionnaires to emphasise the great aspects of our products.

What we look for:

• You have a degree in marketing, business, or another related field.
• Digital marketing experience, preferably from executing some of the tasks in this role.
• Good knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge of the principles of SEM/SEO.
• A curious mind and willingness to experiment and try new techniques or challenge existing ones.
• A data driven mindset keeping a pulse on metrics and how they align with overall targets is extremely important.
• A storyteller with great communication skills for efficient cooperation with sales and corporate marketing.
• Ability to identify pain points and key trends, realizing those to messages that will truly resonate with our buyers.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools and their role in lead generation.
• A self-driven, independent team player working proactively to improve your daily work and deliver on target.
• Wordpress, ActOn and/or Netsuite CRM knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent in English.
