What it’s like to work on the Marketing team?

As a 4 person team that services a 50 person revenue org we use agile project management to deliver impactful campaigns and results every two weeks. We strive to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and accept nothing but exceptional performance as a result.  As a small team, each individual is expected to contribute to building a world-class marketing function through continuous improvement and to take ownership of the team's performance and success.

 

How will you add value to the team?

You will be a key member of the marketing team who is responsible for building the foundation of our digital footprint at Packback. You’ll help Packback reach new customers by using organic and paid channels to attract leads to our website and advise on how best to optimize their journey to convert. You'll research the competitive landscape and industry keywords to help guide our inbound strategies. Then implement SEM best practices to set-up, manage and report on Linkedin and google ads. You’ll partner with the marketing team to form hypotheses and execute strategies that generate leads. This role requires an analytical thinker with a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Awesome stuff you will do!

  • For Ads:
    • Set-up and manage google keyword ads
    • Set-up and manage display remarketing ads 
    • Review website analytics and conversion data to report on and suggest improvements to campaign performance
       
  • For Linkedin:
    • Launch and manage Linkedin lead gen campaigns
    • Set up targeted audiences in Linkedin
    • Review website analytics and conversion data to report on and suggest improvements to campaign performance

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of professional marketing or related experience.
  • A data-driven and conversion-oriented mindset
  • Agile and adaptable to changing circumstances or requirements.
  • Proven experience in setting up, managing and optimizing Google Adwords and Linkedin Ad campaigns (examples of Ad campaigns and their results)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Excel
  • Experience in SEO strategy and tactics a plus
  • Understanding of inbound tactics to generate traffic and convert visitors into leads
  • Be a lifelong learner - be willing to provide and receive feedback from team members on a regular basis, in a shared effort of furthering our personal and team growth
