Spark Hire is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline growth. 

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to create and deliver demand generation programs designed to to generate a high volume of leads to fuel custom acquisition. The ideal candidate is a ‘doer’ who can think strategically and act tactically, loves a challenge, and is passionate about tech and B2B marketing.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and implement end-to-end partner marketing programs to meet (and exceed) lead generation targets
  • Build and optimize ad campaigns on search engines, display, and social media end-to-end, from landing page and ad copy to campaign attribution
  • Build campaigns, emails, workflows, rules, lists, in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other team members exploring and testing new growth marketing channels
  • Partner with our designer and copywriter to create high converting landing pages
  • Own the performance metrics of our landing pages, leveraging data and tools to run experiments across all website pages
  • Strategize and execute on SEO initiatives to drive long term, sustainable growth through organic search
  • Assist in the delivery of other campaigns as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience executing B2B lead generation campaigns (partner marketing, webinars, paid search, paid social, etc).
  • Experience executing co-marketing campaigns is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using marketing tools like HubSpot, Pardot or Marketo. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience executing paid search and display campaigns.
  • You are numbers-driven and have built performance reports in the past across tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Experience using A/B testing tools
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills – able to lead and organize experiments or projects.
  • When you see something that doesn’t make sense, you challenge it, and are eager to find the answer
