THE POSITION:

We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to assist with the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at moving leads through the pipeline. The ideal candidate will work, mostly via Hubspot, through our end-to-end acquisition strategy to drive quality leads for our sales organization through thoughtful, optimized processes across all digital media channels. You will create high-quality, investing/finance-oriented content that drives our product messaging and key benefits through digital mediums like our blog posts, webinars and website. You will create and execute demand and lead generation programs including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), webinars, events, landing pages, email, and more. This key role will partner heavily with our sales team to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) and inbound growth.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2-4 years experience in demand generation and digital marketing.
• Must have experience and/or certifications in Hubspot.
• Operations background and/or mindset.
• Exceptionally focused on the details. You triple-check everything.
• Data-driven and conversion-oriented. You create and monitor your reports to understand what activities drive conversions at each stage in the funnel, and continually refine processes to improve.

• Works independently to drive initiatives while being confident enough to ask for help when necessary – if you need an answer you find it.
• Focuses on scale and automates commonly requested needs.
• Excellent communicator both spoken and written.
