DEMAND GENERATION SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Vice President, Growth Marketing, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining B2B marketing automation campaigns on Pardot, testing and launching new demand generation marketing programs via multi-channels, such as display, paid social and search engine marketing, analyzing the performance of programs, developing/optimizing landing pages and email campaigns, and data maintenance. This individual will apply a deep understanding of Centro’s products and services, the competitive industry and company posture in the marketplace to marketing programs. 

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Marketing team at Centro is highly interconnected with the sales, customer success, media operations, product, and executive management teams, and supports a number of key functions in delivering differentiated messaging and positioning across our several business lines. We help the marketplace to better understand the value of working with Centro; we provide input based on market intelligence to the product team to set development priorities; and we help our client-facing teams better understand their target prospects, delivering marketing support grounded in achieving desired marketing outcomes.
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, launch and analyze nurture campaigns via Pardot.
  • Build Salesforce.com campaigns
  • Build and optimize landing pages
  • Manage internal paid media agency team
  • Direct qualified leads to the SDR team via marketing automation for appropriate follow-up
  • Create reports and perform analyses from outreach/response tracking vehicles including email, website response/inquiries, social media and direct messaging
  • Analyze the results of promotions and make recommendations to refine efforts to better generate product demand
  • Analyze customer firmographics, competition, distribution channels, and promotions to enhance marketing strategies, and recommend marketing improvements that increase consumer buying potential
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of programs and promotions and suggest methods to strengthen customer retention

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 Years of Experience
  • BA or BS Preferred
  • Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce.com (or similar marketing automation software)
  • Experience with demand generation programs (email - marketing and sales, SEM, drip nurture campaigns, display, landing page optimization, etc.)
  • Experience leading a project from inception to completion and analysis
  • Experience with lead scoring and nurturing campaigns
  • Proven effectiveness with communicating campaigns to sales teams
  • Ability to write nurture emails and landing pages for engagement and conversion
  • Ability to formulate analyses independently -- to transform data into actionable information
  • Roll up your sleeves and get work done attitude
  • Positive attitude and great team-player
  • Proficient in MS-Office
