Hello Digital Campaign Technician!

Our team is growing! Freeosk Inc. is searching for a full-time, Chicago-based Digital Campaign Technician to lead the execution of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns in support of company objectives. In this role, you’ll be involved with every digital campaign that gets executed by Freeosk – from email campaigns on behalf of clients to social and outreach marketing efforts on behalf of our own brand. You’ll also be in charge of ensuring the accurate delivery of our namesake Freeosk kiosk programs, as the final touchpoint before they reach the field.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for technology and is detail-oriented with a knack for ensuring accuracy and completeness of work. We are looking for someone who is a clear communicator with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with handling multiple deliverables and managing your time efficiently to complete tasks on time.

Some of your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Perform Program/Placement QA
  • Configure all audience facing content across email, SMS, mobile, and kiosk channels
  • Active content monitoring and issue escalation
  • Provide support for our Social Media efforts
  • Develop subject matter expertise on marketing automation systems and proprietary Freeosk program configuration and user experiences.
  • Deliver project milestones on-time and meeting requirements
  • Be heard! Offer ideas and perspective during strategy sessions with Digital Strategist

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT or related field is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience developing integrated marketing campaigns with strong digital experience
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Responsys preferred (other platform experience a plus: Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Constant Contact)
  • Experience building and executing email campaigns
  • HTML/CSS familiarity preferred
  • Sprout Social experience a plus
  • Interested and proficient at self-guided learning of new systems
