About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing Marketing team and serve as the Digital Growth Marketing Manager. If you choose to accept, your mission will be to drive the ongoing performance of the website as a marketing and sales channel. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring and analytics, creating email automation sequences, social media management, etc. You will report to the VP of Marketing.

  • Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize website content on learncore.com, mobile site, and other websites
    • Add pages and landing pages
    • Add events
    • Add visuals and content
    • Ensure SEO optimization
    • Drive links within site and link-backs
  • Perform the following:
    • SEO & keyword analytics
    • SEM & analytics
    • Social media monitoring, management and analytics
    • Buyer persona-based email automation sequences and analytics
    • Event-based email automation sequences and analytics
    • Campaign-specific email automation sequences and analytics
    • ABM and analytics
  • Utilize social media channels to promote the LearnCore brand, products, services and thought capital, with the goal of driving brand awareness, referrals, and leads
  • Develop and optimize email marketing and landing pages, encompassing the entire customer lifecycle
  • Develop and optimize SEM ads and landing pages driving highly qualified inbound leads
  • Work with design and content to mock-up and implement emails, landing pages, pages, banners, and additional websites as needed
  • Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to measure and continually improve LearnCore’s digital marketing channels

About You:

The right person will have a balance of digital marketing, marketing communications, and performance optimization experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will be experienced utilizing the latest digital marketing platforms to drive inbound leads, conversions, and company growth. This results-driven person will have experience in establishing, managing, and optimizing all digital marketing channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing
  • 3+ years experience with all digital channels, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, email, website, landing pages, social, newsletters, communities, etc.
  • Experience developing and editing HTML and CSS
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
