Provides campaign and customer analytics support to the marketing departments within the ADUSA umbrella. Translates customer behavioral information into accurate, insightful and predictive information for business stakeholders. Also monitors external impacts to customer shopping behavior to shape customer contact.  

Recipe for Success - What's “in store” for the role   

• Supports the Systems Integration specialists to supply use cases for the creation and development of business requirements needed for systems, applications, and data sources implementations necessary to satisfy project objective. 

• Helps with data validation and user acceptance testing for modifications to assigned marketing system or application. 

• Develop and maintain tickets within IT ticketing system for the project backlog and the assignment of work priority to each task. 

• Identify and troubleshoot any defects in the delivery of the project releases or milestones. Work with IT partners and business stakeholders to address issues.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite
