We're a boutique digital shop made up of a tight knit group of self-starters, social media addicts, and filmmakers who are busy making commercials instead.

We're looking for someone to join our team and assist our content director (on a part time basis to start).

Responsibilities will be varied - one day you might be planning a content calendar while the next day you may be helping log footage.

There's a lot more that goes into it, though, and we like to think we did a decent job of itemizing those tasks below:

• Assisting with client social media (creating daily content, monitoring channels, planning content calendars, responding to comments/concerns, optimizing content based on channel/site analytics)

• Ensuring consistent client branding/messaging across web managed properties

• Assisting with graphic design as needed

• Supporting design, development, and execution of campaigns, tactics & plans to achieve overall goals for both internal and external publics

• Weekly blogging on topics appropriate (social media, marketing, apps, etc.)

• Curating content for and monitoring agency’s social media across all channels

We highly value education, and offer a stipend for ongoing education opportunities. That said, you should come to the table with a knowledge of:

• Principles and methods of inbound marketing

• Google Analytics

• Microsoft Office + Google Apps

• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Social Management Software (i.e. Hootsuite, Social Report, Sprout Social)

• Video editing skills a plus

• Photography skills are a big PLUS

• Experience with HubSpot is a GIANT PLUS
