Role Description:
Oak Street Health is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Business Analyst to lead our technical discovery, planning, solutioning, and analysis of new digital marketing data and platform capabilities. This role will partner internally to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions that create integrated experiences for new prospects and current patients.
Core Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally to launch pilots, enhance existing processes, and develop new technical capabilities that support the digital marketing team
• Act as a liaison among internal stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, system integration, and data schemas
• Create project plans to launch new and enhanced data processes and digital marketing capabilities
• Coordinate technical aspects of planning, launching, and monitoring new pilots
• Perform user acceptance testing, track new releases, provide training, and promote adoption of new processes and functionality
• Evaluate external partners for value-added solutions that address prioritized use cases
• Manage roadmap for future digital marketing data and systems initiatives
• Develop operational and performance reporting to inform stakeholders, generate insights, and recommend enhancements
• Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in related field
• Strong technical background and understanding of how data and content flows across marketing systems and data repositories
• Critical thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Familiar with digital marketing and lead management concepts and data schemas
• Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, and MDM platforms. Experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
• Passionate about using data and technology to improve the patient experience
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SQL
• Knowledge of data privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, HIPAA
• US work authorization
