Digital Marketing Lead - Paid Media

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who is specialized in pay-per-click (PPC) optimization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in PPC, Search, Display, and Social marketing channels. The role is responsible for developing and executing Paid Media programs. Partnering with cross functional teams you will develop the strategy and execution of digital media campaigns through paid search, paid social, and display channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimize PPC campaigns, including bid management, audiences, ad groups, quality scores and other major metrics.
Optimize keyword lists, audiences and placement targeting for Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
Manage all aspects of program development, automation, expansion, optimization, reporting, forecasting, bid management, and budgeting.
Competitor benchmarking, optimizing copy and landing pages across multiple web properties for increasing quality scores, etc.
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI.
Create and implement high converting funnels through landing pages and analytics.
Drive campaign strategy, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the other team members to meet growth goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads ,DoubleClick, Programmatic buying, Retargeting ads
Proficient with Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising, 3rd party platforms, APIs. Webhooks & Automation
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive schedules
Deep knowledge, experience, and interest in Digital Media and the enthusiasm to stay current on latest industry trends
Advanced working SQL and JavaScript knowledge
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
