ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to manage all digital marketing efforts for our Core and Enterprise remittance product lines.
Reporting to the CMO, and managing our digital agencies, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and optimization of all online marketing campaigns, to help us achieve our aggressive growth goals. This is a highly visible role within the organization!
This includes two major work streams: Pangea’s Core campaigns, focusing on direct customer acquisitions, and our Enterprise campaigns, driving customers for our co-branded and white-labeled products.

YOU WILL:
- Run all aspects of digital marketing for Pangea’s various product lines: strategy, execution, analytics, and performance management.
- Oversee work performed by our digital agencies, consultants, and partners in executing campaigns, building reporting and sharing customer and performance insights.
- Perform advanced analytics and multivariate testing to optimize and grow the program, striking the right balance between cost per acquired customer (CAC) and scale.
- Develop a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, by staying on top of the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal creative and brand teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution.
- Partner with technology teams and external vendors to build software and processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution, and measurement at scale.

- An expert in the modern media and marketing ecosystems. You like discussing the latest players on the LUMAscape and their relative strengths as much as the latest trends in multi-touch attribution.

- Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects. You thrive in whitespace and require little handholding to translate high-level ideas to specific projects.
- Obsessively customer focused. You invest your time in understanding your target market, its needs, aspirations, and product preferences. You utilize a multitude of tools, from website heatmap analyses to focus groups, to develop customer segmentation models and design tailored marketing campaigns for each segment.
- Excited to work for a startup. You have a solution-centric roll-up-the-sleeves mentality where no job is too small and or too big.
YOU HAVE:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with the full marketing stack, from DMPs/DSPs to SEM engines, web analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
- Experience with App-centric analytical tools (Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.) is a strong plus.
- The ability to influence, build business cases, and clearly communicate requirements to justify the allocation of product, technical, and creative resources.
- Spent most of your career in B2C marketing versus B2B.
