Our team is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with Social Media and Paid Search.
This person will play an integral role in scaling our new Paid Social Media channel while managing and optimizing one of the industry's largest Paid Search accounts.
The opportunity
- Setting strategic principles and roadmaps for initiatives based on objectives
- Developing action plans for achieving and measuring campaign success, including determining key metrics, processes for measurement, and optimization
- Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns at scale
- Find efficiencies through automation
- Analyze and evaluate industry benchmarks/market research regarding competitor's programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Daily account monitoring important account metrics across multiple channels
- Perform A/B testing - test and analyze creative/copy performance
- Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
- Extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends and provide well developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall social marketing goals and objectives
- Display curiosity of Performance Marketing by researching new blogs and channels for relevancy and trend identification
To be successful you'll need
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Paid Social and PPC experience
- Must have experience using various social marketing platforms, bidding technology, and/or publisher side self-serve platforms
- Social Media: Facebook Business Manager, Smartly.IO or Nanigans
- PPC: Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manipulate campaign performance data using Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, energetic and optimistic disposition; strives to learn new skills and share knowledge with team
- Resourceful personality with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to effectively multitask and realign focus according to changes in project demands without sacrificing work quality
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a high pressure environment, but also capable of using time productively when the team has fewer demands
