Think of it as an “if this then that” for businesses to manage their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities. We are disrupting the GRC and BPM software industries by providing a solution end-users can self-manage, saving enterprises huge amounts of time and money.
About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and organized team member with a passion for driving B2B inbound demand, primarily through paid search. You are naturally curious, unafraid to test ideas and explore new tactics – proving their effectiveness with data and identifying the best performing campaigns. You seek to continuously improve and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage campaigns, including ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, landing page optimization, and budget optimization for all PPC channels
- Effectively measure campaign performance, analyze results with data, and report findings to team members
- Continuously monitor campaigns and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, display, retargeting, social advertising, email and other innovative media channels to drive visitors to website
- Provide support in developing the overall digital marketing strategy – with emphasis on SEM and other paid acquisition channels.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to improve performance of campaigns
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)
- 1-3 years of PPC account management experience for a B2B company
- 2-4 Years of experience in a B2B marketing role
- In depth knowledge of SEM, PPC, display, retargeting and other paid media channels. Understanding of the entire online advertising ecosystem.
- Strong technical understanding of ad tags and proven ability to analyze data
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations from multiple data sources: Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Ability to create repeatable processes to improve quality
