Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end production and deployment of emails including designing, coding, deploying, testing and reporting while working with various internal teams to improve email workflow
  • Creating a social media strategy and posting regularly
  • Work with various departments to devise marketing plans and execute tactics
  • Recommend digital channels and test campaigns to find new sources of customer acquisition
  • Assist in designing marketing collateral including ads, landing pages, presentations, and sales handouts
  • Apply a data-driven mentality to measure and optimize all marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years professional experience in digital marketing
  • Practical knowledge of marketing best practices with the ability to effectively communicate business value to consumers
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with email marketing from writing compelling copy to deploying and reporting results
  • Experience successfully running paid social media campaigns
  • Experience analyzing data using multiple tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and business intelligence programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The perfect candidate will also possess:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)
  • Experience with graphic and web design, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of email coding, best practices, mobile responsive email design & email rendering issues across clients
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases is a plus
