What You’ll Do:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for CarrierDirect you will be responsible for building out, managing and improving our overall digital brand presence. You will work as a member of the sales team to support marketing efforts and create a foundation for internal and external growth through various channels and delivery methods. We’re looking for a data driven self starter who can help drive our business forward. 

Responsibilities:

  • Help us build out, manage and improve our digital marketing efforts across various social media platforms | ie. Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter  

  • Generate relevant and impactful written and visual content driven by brainstorming sessions with our industry experts

  • Manage relationships with content channel partners to improve industry awareness around CarrierDirect service offerings 

  • Develop relationships with industry organizations to help push brand and content to the market

  • Build scalable business processes and foundation for driving internal and external growth

  • Create one-pager overviews of CarrierDirect service offerings, case studies highlighting past project scope and success, and other marketable content

  • Produce and deliver on monthly content calendar  

  • Deliver strategic email campaigns to current and prospective customers 

  • Optimize web content using keyword and competitor research and recommending content changes to improve engagement and conversion

  • Track progress and performance of campaigns through KPIs and other reportable metrics 

  • Other duties as required 

 

Required:

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience

  • Demonstrated success delivering on 360 digital marketing campaigns 

  • Proven track record of leveraging data and metrics to metrics drive decision making and strategy 

  • Strong project management skills- ability to manage and maintain multiple projects and prioritize appropriately

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business or other related field 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google GSuite

  • Hubspot or Salesforce marketing automation

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

  • Google Adwords
