Digital Marketing Specialist

What you will be doing:
Lumere is currently seeking a full-time motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team. This individual is expected to optimize Lumere’s website to drive organic growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally to shape and implement SEO and social strategies to optimize website conversion. You will have an opportunity to shape the digital experience and drive impact at a mission-driven high-growth healthcare services and technology company.
Responsibilities include:
Understand Lumere's industry landscape and competition and perform keyword research to drive organic growth
Provide analysis and recommendations dovetailing with SEO best practices for site structure, semantic markup and content development
Optimize all content on website
Identify, recommend, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Integrate organic search and social strategies
Manage all business social media channels
Implement link building campaigns
Implement SEO strategies to drive content marketing creation and strategy
Implement local citation building campaigns
Setup, monitor and track results using web analytics and social media dashboards
Conduct technical and website audits
Qualifications:
3-4 years of SEO experience
Experience with Google Analytics and experience preparing detailed reporting
Ability to manipulate HTML, CSS and JAVA
Experience working with CMS (preferably WordPress)
Google Analytics Certification
Clear and effective communication skills- both oral and written
Excellent attention to detail
Strong prioritization skills
Experience working cross-functionally

Experience managing SEM a plus, including AdWords and Programmatic Advertising
