Mobile Doorman, the leading custom resident app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Chicago-based Marketing team. Your duties will include working closely with Mobile Doorman’s Director of Marketing to plan, execute upon and analyze the company’s overall marketing efforts, with a focus on the Digital Marketing sector. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing, design, copywriting and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of all digital marketing functionalities, including display advertising campaigns, email marketing and list management.
  • Develop written and designed content for use on Mobile Doorman’s social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Collaborate with and assist in managing agency partners across the digital marketing and earned PR verticals.
  • Manage company’s social channels and assist with overall planning. 
  • Prepare accurate reporting on marketing campaigns and their effect on website traffic and awareness, to be delivered to leadership and investors.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative digital strategies that align with the company’s primary initiatives.

  • Assist overall sales efforts via company’s CRM tool, HubSpot

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing position.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with HubSpot, with a focus on the CRM’s Marketing platform.
  • A solid design background, particularly knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and tracking analytics, including Google Analytics
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
