We provide on-demand training products and live webinars to help our customers meet continuing education requirements and develop as professionals.
As we accelerate our marketing efforts, we need an Online Marketing Specialist to help us tell our story and grow the business through the effective use of online capabilities. This is a ground floor opportunity to establish a digital marketing program, ideal for a self-starter who can bring online marketing ideas and knows how to execute.
This position will be in our Chicago, IL office.
What You’ll Do:
- Help Run our Lead Generation: You’ll collaborate with other members of the marketing team to create emails, landing pages, forms, campaigns, and programs that go into a well-built lead generation operation.
- Help Run the Lorman Website: In collaboration with our IT team, you’ll edit and add to our website to optimize it for lead generation and conversion, such as creating new pages and posts and adding content to the site.
- Support the Sales Team. Educate them and keep them well versed on upcoming campaigns and performance of existing ones. Gather their feedback to iterate and improve the quality of leads generated.
- Manage our Digital Advertising: Using our marketing and CRM platforms, create end-to-end programs that leverage online advertising, social media, paid and organic search to generate leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who knows marketing automation: You’ll be working in our marketing automation system every day to create automated paths and workflows that generate and qualify leads, with an eye toward conversion to becoming a customer.
- Someone who understands lead processing: In order to leave no lead behind, we need someone who can understand the lead lifecycle from acquisition to qualification to assignment.
- Someone who knows digital advertising: You’ll help manage our advertising budget via placement through search engines, social media platforms and other sources.
- Experience: 3+ years in digital or online marketing
- Education: BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience.
