We are looking for a collaborative team player who will support the day-to-day tactical execution of Ulta Beauty’s Digital Marketing COOP Program including channels such as including Paid Social, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing and Video Marketing.  This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, has excellent time and project management skills to help continuously improve the experience of our guests and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, we are looking for someone who is a problem solver, process optimizer and self-starter who’s driven to improve always. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, the Digital Partnerships Specialist will partner with internal and external teams across Digital Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Content, Brand Marketing and CRM/Loyalty teams as well as external partners to achieve business objectives. Furthermore, this individual will be communicating with our external partners who are an extension of our team and exceptional communication skills will be required.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions)   

  • Support the end-to-end process for digital marketing partnership COOP campaigns which includes requesting and trafficking creative/copy assets, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to align to campaign timelines (and proactively help identify when campaign deadlines are at risk), collecting and distributing reporting (final and mid-campaign updates), providing SKUs/landing pages and assisting in the monthly invoicing process. 
  • Collaborates with the Merchandising / Loyalty Team to understand and notate the promotional strategies that may impact campaign performance
  • Manages call scheduling with key external / internal stakeholders
  • Participates in meetings with agency partners, brand partners (including senior leadership), and internal teams
  • Manages the creation and tracking of multi-channel media brand partner plans for internal record keeping
  •  Optimize and create processes to streamline work flows to increase team efficiencies
  • Help manage project management tracking tools shared with agency teams
  • Assists Digital Partnership Analyst II and Digital Marketing manager in co-launching 1-2 campaigns / quarter (i.e. from initial brand interest to final campaign conclusion)
  • Employ basic client service skills
  • Supports core Digital Marketing channels when necessary
  • Stays current on industry news, trends, tactics and strategies

 


Requirements

  •  BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within eCommerce and/or Retail
  •  High attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized
  • Experience working effectively in a team atmosphere as well as independently
  • Must possess good judgment and decision-making skills
  •  Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes and strategy
  • Must be able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
