Wintrust Financial seeks to hire a Product Marketing Analyst. A new role with high visibility in our digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for finding creative and strategic ways to marketing our digital capabilities and working cross-functionally to understand our digital roadmap, strategize with Marketing Leadership, and execute specific marketing initiatives to help differentiate Wintrust by our digital capabilities.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated proven success in marketing digital products throughout their entire lifecycle. This candidate needs to be analytical, profit-driven, and passionate about financial technology.
This role will be a highly visible part of Wintrust Financial's digital transformation and we expect them to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:

• Work with digital product to understand and refine the product strategy and then bring that knowledge back into the organization
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams (creative, UI/UX, etc.) to create strong on brand experiences that meet our customers' needs.
• Manage product cross-sell and other promotional opportunities within our digital products
• Creating strategy and providing direction for the creation of marketing materials around new features and functions
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all customer facing digital capabilities within the marketing department
• Work as the liaison with third party vendors to ensure compliance with their own approval queues.
• Working with Analytics to develop and report on the KPIs impacting digital product adoption and usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or similar
• Degree from a Top University preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in digital product marketing.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly proficient, Microsoft Office specifically Excel & PowerPoint.
