We are looking for a digital marketer who is hyper-focused on analytics and performance. You are obsessed with connecting your campaigns with the bottom line and you have the numbers to prove it.
The B2B Performance Manager at The Mom Project is responsible for all customer acquisition and retention marketing for our B2B customers spanning the gamut of fast-growing startups to Fortune 10 corporations. This high-impact cross-functional role is a critical hire within the marketing department at The Mom Project. This individual contributor will work closely with sales, design, talent, engineering and product teams.
Things we can't budge on:
*Mastery level of B2B performance marketing platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords
*Mastery in A/B, variant testing
*Proficiency in our marketing stack: GA, Hubspot, Salesforce.com
*Proficiency in programmatic marketing
*Manage marketing performance across lead generation, acquisition/conversion and retention
*Lead and ensure the consistency in messaging, branding, content, look-and-feel of marketing materials and internal communications, coordinating and socializing across the organization
*Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that diversify outside of digital to include OOH, email and direct mail campaigns, webinars, and participation in industry conferences and events.
