ABOUT THE ROLE
The Paid Social Director will be responsible for the operations of the regional Paid Social Team. This role will help with the general management, training, and personal growth within the team. They will partner with the leadership team to determine the appropriate staffing plans and account support across the regional teams. Cross functionally, this role will work closely with regional VPs in order to gain insight into the market’s needs and the team’s performance. The goal of the Director will be to grow revenue through improved performance, process and integration.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Centro’s Paid Social Team is a specialized group of Paid Social marketing experts, executing campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest to meet client’s goals & objectives. We provide full service execution of paid social campaigns including, competitor research, audience & targeting recommendations, account management, optimization and reporting.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist team growth plan, inclusive of strategy and structure
• Oversee the specified regional paid social team, assisting in the development and growth of each team member.
• Identify and outline large opportunities within the market and set the team up for success.
• Review and continuously improve the internal processes both within the team and with internal technologies.
• Grow Revenue and Client Size within Paid Social for specified Region
• Give insight and best practices to the management of paid social programs in order to continue to improve client performance.
• Partner with the regional leadership team to determine the market needs, and developing processes & solutions to drive performance and growth.
• Foster strong collaboration between the regional Paid social team and the regional Client Services team
• Become a positive and influential presence for the Paid social Team internally with agency partners
• Assist in the development of Paid social marketing collateral, including Case Studies, POVs, white papers, etc.
• Support the social team, providing insight and best practices to the management of paid social programs to continue to improve client performance
• Proactively partner with various teams within the organization to provide performance solutions and analysis, supported by data and research. This could include: attribution, ABG, SI.
• Develops whitepapers and proactively identifies case studies, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years’ experience in paid social or digital advertising
• 2+ year of management/mentoring experience demonstrating leadership and direction
• Social Platform experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and provide leadership and direction
• Experience in analyzing internal processes and setting change to improve scale and performance
•Ability to articulate strategy and recommendations in a clear, professional manner via verbal and written communication
• Passionate about Customer Success from every perspective
• Strong ability for troubleshooting/problem solving
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Excel
• Visionary leader with ability to be solutions oriented and “think outside the box”
• Comfortable providing feedback to improve media plans, capabilities and offerings
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of social media management platforms
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
