Job Summary
As Keeper’s Director, B2C Growth Marketing you will be responsible for consumer user acquisition and growth. As the most highly rated password management application on the Apple App Store (4.9 stars, 138K Ratings) and Google Play (4.6 stars, 84K Ratings), Keeper has grown to millions of users, globally. We have aggressive growth plans and are seeking an acquisition and growth, marketing superstar to lead us there.
You Will:
Develop a full-funnel, multi-channel consumer user acquisition strategy and create impactful marketing campaigns to acquire new consumer users.
Optimize app conversion funnel without compromising user experience.
Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing to optimize app store ad creative and copy and for organic search.
Monitor day-to-day mobile and web acquisition metrics, making adjustments where necessary. Provide data-driven recommendations to scale acquisitions, efficiently.
Use analytical and modeling skills to understand channel economics and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing and Design to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and platforms.
Develop consumer ICPs and personas.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of experience in the global consumer SaaS, online, mobile, freemium, paid app space.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics. A data-driven strategist who has lived in a rigorous LTV/CAC world.
Passionate about technology, a fast-paced environment, and constant change
Proven critical problem-solving ability
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage various projects and stakeholders concurrently
