Who you are

  • You’re a driven brand marketer who can break a vision down into an actionable strategy and deliver against it
  • You are an excellent cross functional team leader-- strong team leadership, organization skills, strategic ideas, and ability to translate strategy into seamlessly execution that delivers against KPI goals
  • You are equal parts creative and quantitative
  • You are equal parts brand manager and general manager
  • You have had extensive prior experience with digital marketing channels and understand what it takes for creative assets to perform well within digital marketing 
  • You’re a people leader with a wide range of experience across marketing channels. You know how to do but also delegate, engage & inspire
  • You can manage a project from start to finish while juggling multiple, competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proven track record of working in metrics-driven environment
  • High degree of drive, energy, accountability and initiative. Does well in a dynamic environment and thrives in the face of ambiguity
  • Bring a fun, creative energy to work every day
  • Must have prior experience in brand management function
  • 8-12+ years experience across brand management and other marketing functions, MBA preferred

What you'll do

  • Be a strong, strategic and developmental team leader as member of Marketing Leadership team, and overseeing direct reports across brand management and project management functions.
  • Lead a team of brand marketers, project managers, marketing partners and cross functional teams to drive and evolve Trunk Club’s brand strategy and 360 integrated marketing programs. 
  • Partner across team to develop and execute product positioning and messaging that differentiates Trunk Club in the market.
  • Work with marketing partners and other cross functional partners to bring key brand messaging and initiatives to life via 360 integrated marketing programs across owned, paid and earned channels across digital marketing, social, influencer, PR, email and loyalty efforts.
  • Market and competitive intelligence - be the expert on Trunk Club’s consumer and a constant source of competitive insights, and leverage this intelligence to further win via our breakthrough marketing plans.
  • Establish and document strong processes within project management function to lead to more strategic briefs, stronger creative deliverables, and stronger partnership across marketing and creative teams.
  • Write strategic creative briefs to communicate comprehensive strategic needs to creative team, and partner well across wide cross functional team to drive ideas from concept to execution-- creative, other marketing partners, consumer insights, product management, engineering, merchandising, sales, external agencies etc..
  • Responsible for delivering against KPI’s - develop scorecards and metrics to understand the health of TC’s sales channels and tactics.
  • Ensure sales team is highly engaged in marketing programs, communicated with, and inputting into how we are approaching our plans.
