Job Description Summary
The CCC Communications Director would work across company and markets to support corporate and departmental communications objectives:
Job Duties
· Positioning CCC as a Thought Leader amongst clients, employees and prospective clients/employees
o Develop CCC company branding and external communications for company
o Work across departments to relay messaging to employees
· Build CCC brand among employees, promoting values/vision across company
o Support message development and presentation development for key executives
o Support social responses on company efforts
o Collaborate with HR on Built-In, other community group efforts
· Develop Crisis Response Plans / Scenario Planning
o Collaborate with CISO and PR to build response plans / scenario planning
o Serve as crisis point of contact
· Lead CCC Company Events with Events Team
o CCC hosted events for clients and Industry Conference (eg: Keynote coordination, themes, strategy)
o Support employee kick-off and mid-year meetings
· Manage company news and perspective through key channels
o Company site, intranet, and newsletters
Qualifications
· Ideal candidate will have experience leading across departments, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience building communication responses plans, experience building internal brand advocates, experience working with senior leadership and experience planning conferences/events.
· Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field.
