The Role

Higi is hiring a talented Consumer Marketing Director to join the Consumer Engagement & Marketing team. This role will report to the SVP, Consumer Engagement and will lead and execute an omni-channel marketing strategy for our client programs to support the promotion and engagement for the Higi solutions. Together we will identify at-risk consumers and connect them with the right care at the right time with the right message to help them get healthy and stay healthy.

Higi is located in Chicago; however this role can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Drive utilization by influencing clients (health systems, health plans, retailers and employers) to adopt promotional and engagement best practices and develop tailored, compelling marketing plans, leveraging Higi’s and the client’s marketing channels, to accelerate growth
  • Refine Higi consumer personas and define the optimal consumer journey with marketing touch-points for each type to deliver maximum benefit to Higi and our Higi clients
  • Lead an omni-channel marketing strategy for all segments, including channel mix, piloting  innovative programs, and developing messaging and positioning.
  • Develop an end-to-end client engagement strategy, creating new cross-channel tools, initiatives and programs to educate and empower our clients to drive utilization of Higi solutions
  • Continuously seek improvement in consumer marketing activity through rigorous results capture, data analysis, research and customer insight and actively share these best practices across the organization. Use these insights to make recommendations of new initiatives and maximize Higi efforts / opportunities
  • Work closely with client delivery and client success teams to  uncover client needs and opportunities to drive awareness and engagement with our users
  • Provide budget estimates and forecasts for all consumer marketing activity, including defining success measurements and optimizations for each acquisition channel
  • Monitor and report on trends, best practices and marketing programs of other digital health companies and competitors
  • Lead a team of marketers, with various degrees of experience. 
  • Foster positive team interactions amongst all departments (e.g., Sales/Client Success, Corporate Marketing and Product Management); drive a growth mindset, maintain a positive attitude, self-direct and self-motivate, generate fresh ideas
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

  • You’re curious, passionate, helpful, determined, enthusiastic, collaborative and data driven
  • You have a B.A. with 7+ years working consumer marketing, campaign development & deployment is essential; healthcare technology experience and start-up experience preferred
