Cribl is looking for a Director of Corporate Communications to drive our global internal and external communications strategy. As the Director of Corporate Communications at Cribl, you will be responsible for the successful development, planning, and execution of communications strategies and programs that align with the company’s mission, advance and reinforce the company’s reputation, and support its business objectives. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute on the overall global PR strategy and raise the bar on top tier media coverage and thought leadership positioning, working collaboratively across teams and PR agency partners
  • Manage day-to-day corporate communications functions, including message development, corporate announcements, and business narrative and storytelling
  • Oversee spokesperson training program to identify and prepare corporate executives for media opportunities and facilitate media interviews and speaking engagements
  • Serve as communications counsel to the senior leadership team on specific external communications activities including, but not limited to media interviews, conference speaking, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Manage the activities of external public relations agencies and vendors
  • Respond to incoming media inquiries with urgency and resourcefulness
  • Work in partnership with the People Team to facilitate content and engagement programs to inform team members and unite them under our common values
  • Provide rapid response/crisis management guidance and communication when required

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant PR/corporate communications experience in B2B tech
  • Proven track record of successful media relations and communications campaigns delivered worldwide
  • Proven experience managing communications agencies to success
  • Exceptional writing skills, ability to distill and present complex information into clear, concise, and engaging communications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as manage external partners and vendors
  • Strong leader with experience and demonstrated ability to work alongside C-level executives as a trusted advisor
